Customers can increase record count by purchasing extra licence to add to the existing licence on a like-for-like version number.
Andica SA100 Software upgrade - Increase Tax Payers licenses
Option 1:
To upgrade an existing Andica Self Assessment Tax payer returns licence to a higher number of Tax payer records for the same tax year and use it on the computer where the software is currently installed,
customers can place an online order for 5 or higher Tax payers licence at download price but do not download and install the software . Do not purchase a 1 tax payer licence as it cannot be used to
upgrade your existing licence.
Log into the software, from within the software select from the top menu 'Tools' - 'Upgrade' and use the new activation key provided on the order confirmation
web page and automated order confirmation email to convert an existing licence to higher Tax payers licence.
The original software purchase is not refunded and once upgraded, the old activation key cannot be reused.
Examples for 'Option 1' upgrade:
- Where you have a 1 record licence and you purchase a 5 records licence for upgrade, your existing licence will be upgraded to total of 5 records.
- Where you have a 5 record licence and you purchase another 5 records licence, your existing licence will be upgraded to total of 10 records.
- Where you have a 5 record licence and you purchase another 25 records licence, your existing licence will be upgraded to total of 30 records.
Option 2:
Alternatively, if you have another computer, purchase software for the appropriate number of Tax payers returns licence for the relevant tax year and download and install it on that computer.
